Our Trip to Paris

On April 24, 2018 we will be fly to Paris to spend 10 days. (We still will be going to Italy this September.) This is an additional trip because we started cooking again out of Julia Child's cookbooks after our friend, Mary Love, gave me a book on Julia's time in France when she was writing her first cookbook, "Mastering The Art of French Cooking", for a Christmas present. This set off a French cooking frenzy, revisiting Julia's recipes within her books and reviving our interest in France. We visited there in 1977 for a month and enjoyed the wines, people and food. We had such a perfect time that we knew that could not be duplicated. On that trip we stayed in the wine regions of France but, did not visit Paris. Here we go and it should be a great event.
