Paris

Day 7

Back to our morning breakfast basket again.  Missed it yesterday because we have to get up so early and will miss it tomorrow due to getting to the airport. Can they deliver in the states? If they could it would be a license to print money.

We decided to go on the open bus tour (hop on & hop off). You can get off at a stop explore and get back on another bus. We took the metro to Opera Garnier and picked it up there. It is a beautiful opera house with different art on the outside. We would love to attend an opera here but that will be our next trip. Next time we will also get a Museum Pass valid for all the museums.

Stayed on the hop on & hop off bus for over two hours , all around the area. Saw some new sites and some we have seen before.  Learned a lot listening to the interesting and informative narration.

At night we went to Bistrot Paul Bert. For appetizer Dow had white asparagus with an egg and I had octopus. The white asparagus was off the charts. Mine was good. For the main course Dow had white fish and I had steak tartare, salad and french fries. Both were excellent
