Bel tempo a Lucca (Beautiful weather in Lucca).  Abbiamo camminato le mura (We walked the wall). Took some pictures as you can see the wall is very big. Have to keep the bad guys out. Abbiamo preso il pranzo alla La Tana dell'Orco (We had lunch at La Tana dell'Orco). Abbiamo ordinato una pizza con pomodoro, mozzarella, funghi, tonno, rucola, olive (We ordered a pizza with tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms, tuna fish, rucola and olives). The crust was very very thin. Very good as we finished all of it. Secondo abbiamo preso tortelli (Second, we had tortelli). It was the tortelli that is his mother's recipe.

At night we went to the Puccini Opera Recital. Very strong performance from the singers.

Later we met Katia & Andrea for a drink outside at one of the many bars in the piazzas.
