Ciao,

Weather didn't look good but we still started out for the wall. We have a plan B in place just in case. The rain held off so we did the wall. We are both full from our adventure last night so a light snack for lunch and find a place for dinner. There are a lot of people in Lucca today so we have to have a plan B, C, D, E, and F & G.

We strolled around the city and did some window-shopping but you know how that turns out. Dow bought a beautiful leather purse – I approve and it is beautiful! Did some shopping for food- Ho comprato le pizzette – sono fredde (I bought small pizzas – they are cold) I use them for breakfast as I love cold pizza and Diet Coke in the morning when in Lucca.

Siamo andati al ristorante Allosteria per la cena. (We went to the restaurant Allosteria for dinner.)  For the first course Dow had cuttle fish and I had tuna on tuna. The second course Dow had guinea fowl with mushrooms on spinach and I had il tordello lucchese fatto in casa or homemade pasta like ravoli.

Light rain on and off all day.  But also sun at times.  We miss those sunny days.
