รจ martedi e siamo qui.(Tuesday and we are here). The flight was smooth from Pittsburgh to Paris and then Paris to Florence. Took a bus to Lucca and walked to our apartment. It is in a location that we have not stayed before. It is a studio appartment and sleeps two. Web site description-

Siamo andati al supermercato per compare il cibo e i vini. (We went to the store to buy food and wines.) We have been up for 30 hours straight as we did not sleep in the plane. (I watched 3 movies while Dow and her seatmate talked for 7 hours!) Tired, but we had drinks on the patio, I fell asleep and left the camera outside on the chair. Wouldn't you know that it that it rained heavily during the night. Camera wet and we will wait for it to dry out - if ever. If it doesn't dry out we can use our iPad and iPhones. - Mio Dio sono stupido. (My God I am stupid)
